No transfer of ATM ownership. A “free ATM placement,” “no-cost ATM,” “free placement,” or similar phrase describes the opportunity for a qualifying business to host an ATM without purchasing the ATM equipment under the applicable written placement arrangement. It does not mean the ATM is being given, donated, sold for $0, conveyed, or transferred to the host location. Title and ownership of the ATM remain with ĀRU Intelligence Inc. and/or the designated ATM owner, operator, financing party, or service provider identified in the final written agreement.

No ownership of ATM cash. Currency, vault cash, cash inventory, replenishment funds, settlement funds, and other money placed in or allocated to the ATM are not the property of the host business merely because the ATM is located on its premises. Ownership and responsibility for ATM cash remain with the applicable cash owner, vault-cash provider, ATM owner/operator, or other party identified in the written agreement. The host receives no ownership, lien, security interest, possessory right, or other claim to that cash except to the extent expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

Qualification required. Placement availability, equipment, installation method, communications, processing, surcharge, host compensation, service levels, cash-loading arrangements, term, exclusivity, removal rights, responsibilities, and all other details depend on location qualification, underwriting or operational review where applicable, equipment availability, serviceability, and final written terms.

No agreement until signed. Website content, calculators, examples, AI-assistant responses, emails, texts, phone conversations, proposals, preliminary approvals, site visits, verbal statements, and lead-form submissions are informational, promotional, or part of negotiations only. No placement, payout, purchase, processing, service, or other transaction is complete or binding until the applicable parties finalize and execute a written agreement. No oral or informal communication modifies the final written agreement unless the agreement itself expressly permits that modification.

Payout examples are conditional. References to host compensation, including examples using $1.00 per completed qualifying withdrawal, describe the current placement offer for qualifying transactions and locations and are subject to the definitions, exclusions, reconciliation procedures, adjustments, reversals, chargebacks, network or processor rules, and other terms contained in the executed agreement. Transaction volume, revenue, profitability, uptime, customer usage, and future earnings are not guaranteed.
